Good afternoon all,
We alerted you on the potential for a bounce in DMHI very early this morning. And while it gave members a very nice pre-market bounce from yesterday’s close of $0.10 to $0.15, a 50% gain, we realize that many of you cannot trade before the bell.
The rest of the day, "they" tanked it. I don’t know who or why, all I know is that something very fishy is going on… It could still bounce from these levels, but we won’t count on it until we see some proof.
And while it wasn’t our official pick, we still do take responsibility for the poor timing of the alert.
Time and time again we preach the importance of having, and sticking to, trading rules. In fact, when you sign up we stress these rules in our sign up confirmation email, as well as a series of follow up emails.
Rules such as:
1/ Refrain from chasing a stocks, wait for dips/pullbacks
2/ When playing the bounce, wait for consolidation, new buying interest, and confirmation before entering
3/ Don’t be greedy, take profits along the way
4/ Always exit trades that aren’t going according to your plan, and cut your losses quick
It is critical to a trader’s long term success that they understand and apply these rules on every trade.
In any event, we’ll be back soon with a new official pick, that we hope can deliver some of the gains we are accustomed to seeing from our alerts.
Until then, take care and good luck out there.
