As promised, here it is… Put Georgetown Corp (GTCP) on watch NOW.
GTCP operates in the oil and gas sector focusing on two revenue generating
activities, both directly and through its subsidiaries.
Through its financial resources and management expertise, GTCP actively partners
with its subsidiaries to provide assistance with access to capital, helping grow
market share, increase revenues, and ultimately improve profitability. The
company’s business strategy is based on two distinct concepts; control combined
with active management assistance and financial partnerships.
What strikes us most about GTCP is it’s very appealing capital structure and valuation.
The Company has a very small market cap of less than $5 million, which is very rare in the OTC market. In addition, the company has a very small float. According to their latest 10Q insiders hold around 75% of the entire outstanding shares.
And we love the fact that GTCP hasn’t traded much recently.
Remember
MKRS, ITNS….??? Well, they ran HUGE recently. And don’t forget
CHLO which rocketed some 6,000% in just a couple of days.
My point? GTCP has all the same ingredients as the above.

- Thinly traded = check
- Potential 10 Bagger? = check!!!
And GTCP have
been releasing positive news recently. Late last year the Company

And unlike many small/micro cap companies, GTCP is actually operating in the black – check out their latest 10Q which shows the Company made a profit in their last reported quarter.
GTCP seems to be running on all cylinders, technically and fundamentally.
