NANI rips 35% early, the pullback appears well supported

NANI gave us the morning pop we were looking for. It was a little wild at the open, with some major swings, but with the potential to trade more than once.
It’s since pulled back but still green on the day, and appears to be held up by some strong support.
If you haven’t traded NANI today, this may be a good time. Today’s news (see below) is another strong signal the Company is serious about showcasing itself to the world.
We weren’t sure if this would be a one day or multi day move, but given the strong support just below $0.01, we think it could move higher next week off these levels.
Put it this way -> it’s a low risk / high reward proposition. IF you enter a trade here, there is plenty of room to run, but keep your stops reasonably tight.
We’ll keep you posted with any more analysis as we see it.

We gave you a heads up on Neologic Animation, Inc (NANI) last night.
NANI just released news this morning…

Animation Inc. Implements Cross Marketing Strategy to Target and Reward
300,000 Safe Drivers in Anhui Province with "Naniya World" EduCards

NANI closed at $0.0095 yesterday.
It didn’t quite get there last time we alerted it, but all things going well today, NANI could see $0.02+. That’s if we get some volume, and assuming that most of sellers are gone.
A few months ago in February, it blew up from $0.01 to over $0.02 on very light volume.
NANI has been very active recently in releasing some exciting news to the market, check out some of their recent developments below…

This kind of news flow gives the market confident that the Company is doing all the right things. It’s the kind of news that brings volume into the stock.
And with buying volume comes the potential for big gains.
I think NANI will offer solid short term trading opportunity today, not necessarily for the long term though. But if at any point it starts to gain momentum for a possible medium to longer term trade, I will certainly let you know.
If you wish to do your due diligence on the Company, follow the link below.
NANI is being featured by several very good newsletters today, which will serve to add fuel to the NANI fire.

We expect a lot of interest in NANI today, but we would like to revisit a few rules we always touch on when looking at a heavily featured stock.
Rule #1 – Avoid chasing a big gap up.

Rule #2 – Either wait for strong momentum higher, or a well supported pullback to enter your position.

Rule #3 – Stay disciplined. Enter a hard (or mental) stop-loss and stick to it. If there are gains to be had, using a trailing stop loss.
If you stick to these rules, I’m sure you will find NANI to offer the possibility of solid gains today.
